Just a few steps away from the Old Port, there are houses bathed in soft pastels, narrow climbs, small staircases and cosy places. Here, in the oldest district of Marseille, antiquity and modernism unites to a spectacular ensemble. The name of the vibrant quarter comes from an auberge called “Le Logis du Panier”, which regaled here in the 17th century its guest.
