Here, where Paul Ricard, produced his pastis, a few years ago, a a modern and vibrant city expects us today. Cosmopolitan charm and joie-de-vivre characterises the oldest French town. During our discovery tour we walk through the native town of the Pastis: In addition to the visit of the oldest pastis producer, we are going to participate in a fascinating tasting and explore the boutique with a comprehensive range of pastis and absinthe.
Pastis has a long history, closely linked with the Provence and Marseille. Already at the beginning of the 20th century, the anise spirits were served in local bistros, taverns and bars.
